Before you write
Many questions are already answered on our FAQ page. The most common ones are:
- “My download isn’t working.” Check that the video is public and that you copied the post link, not the profile link.
- “Where did my video go?” Look in your Downloads folder. On iPhone, open Files, then Downloads.
- “Can you download private videos?” No. Only public content can be saved.

Seen something on this site that breaks our rules, such as adult or illegal content? Choose the subject “Report content” and paste the link. We check every report.
